A biennialy hallmark event for the automotive world, IAA Commercial Vehicles 2018 Hannover will take place on September 20-27 this year. The show will host the most prominent automotive companies of the world who will present their state of the art vehicles, and will shed light to future mobility trends. TEMSA, who so far exported more than 15,000 busses developed completely by Turkish engineers to 66 countries, is preparing to present Avenue Electron, an electric bus whose serial production has been completed and ready for orders, together with Maraton and MD9 vehicles.

TEMSA is ready to take its place in one of the most prestigious events of the automotive world, the IAA Commercial Vehicles, organized biennially in Hannover Germany. The trade show will take place on September 20-27 and will host numerous manufacturers and service providers from all around the world. TEMSA will present three busses with Maraton, MD9, and also the electric bus Avenue Electron in Hall 11 – Stand E24. 

‘Smart Mobility’ and electric vehicles will be at the forefront 

TEMSA’s CEO Mr. Hasan Yıldırım emphasized that the IAA Commercial Vehicles was one of the most sought-after events for commercial vehicles manufacturers. He added that smart mobility trends would be at the forefront of this year’s show. Mr. Yıldırım indicated that with the investments in the context of TEMSA’s ‘Smart Mobility’ vision, the company continued its activities as a technology company rather than an industrial company with a focus on automotive. He also added: “Avenue Electron, which is one of our three busses presented in the show, will be one of the most preferred vehicles of cities for future smart mobility solutions. Today in smart mobility, one has to place the environment and sustainability at the heart of their production and investment efforts. We expect that this electric vehicle, fully developed by Turkish engineers, will soon be among the most preferred vehicles in Europe.
