TEMSA is the leading bus and coach manufacturer in Turkey that developed and produced the first and only passenger coach with its own brand based on 50 years of engineering experience and know how. Now, TEMSA has its vast vehicle park mainly in North America and Europe beside being market leader in Turkey.

TEMSA, established a 4-location network of sales and after-sales service organization, ranked among the top 4 brands in the USA in 2018. After Germany, TEMSA has recently established its France operations in 2019, where over 5,000 TEMSA buses are on the roads. Beside its own network TEMSA has 25 experienced dealers throughout Europe and Canada.

Having achieved revenue of ca. 200 million USD in 2018 and 2019, TEMSA with its 3,000 direct and indirect employees has targeted a 274 million USD for 2020. TEMSA is at the center of attention with its full electric bus models, which was developed by its own R&D team and realized the first sales to export markets.

On May 30, 2019, TEMSA’s shares were transferred from Hacı Ömer Sabancı Holding A.Ş. and Sabancı Family to True Value Capital Partners S.A.  After the share transfer, the company has further developed its performance. Firm sales orders for the first quarter of 2020 is an important indication of TEMSA’s desire to increase its production and sales activities better than ever. Meanwhile, our company continued to reimburse certain portion of its bank loans together with a restructuring request for the loans that will be due in 2020.

However, due to problems along with the share transfer process, the unexpected early recall of the loans and the seizure applied by the banks which caused a temporary break for the production. We expect that these issues to be resolved as soon as possible and we will strengthen our company’s position and continue production at much higher levels, driven by our strong brand, and whole TEMSA family.
